Adam Duggins • Managing partner
Adam is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina and chose the Triad as headquarters of New Page Capital. Prior to launching New Page Capital, Adam was VP of Operations for Care Services, a private equity backed, pharmacy benefit management company in North Carolina. Prior to Care Services, Adam was a Manager at Bain & Co. During his five years at Bain, Adam championed small to mid-cap private equity clients and advised them on potential acquisitions and market opportunities. Prior to graduate school, Adam gained valuable Corporate Finance experience at WorldCom.
Adam holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and was a recipient of a Jefferson Fellowship. Adam graduated with a BBA in Finance from the College of William & Mary where he was a member of the men’s basketball team.

Rick Ramsey • Operating Partner
Originally from Richmond, VA, Rick is now proud to call Greensboro, NC, home. Rick is currently President of Engineered Steel Products (ESP), one of New Page Capital’s wholly owned subsidiaries. Prior to joining Engineered Steel, Rick had worked at Danaher, a Fortune 200, global industrial manufacturer, in various operations, lean, marketing and business development roles across several different operating companies. Most recently, he worked for Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Danaher subsidiary, as the Director of Global Marketing for its gas dispenser business. Prior to graduate school, Rick gained valuable corporate finance experience as an investment banker at Bear Stearns and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin in New York City.
Rick attended the University of Virginia for both undergraduate and graduate school, where he earned his MBA at the Darden School of Business and his BS at the McIntire School of Commerce.
Rick and his wife, Libby, have 3 children.
