Value integrity and a straightforward transaction process

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
We are looking for businesses that:
Have revenue between $5-35M
Have EBITDA or cashflow greater than $500K
Are consistently profitable (10%+ pre-tax profit)
Under 100 employees, non-unionized, veteran-transition friendly
Located in Greater Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, or Lancaster Valley
